The building and grounds of Singleton Environment Centre are owned by Ashford Borough Council. They are leased by Great Chart with Singleton Parish Council. The Centre, and the community and education activities within it, are operated by Singleton Spaces. The Parish Council has also made a financial contribution to a number of different community and education projects at the Centre.
Singleton Spaces is an independent trust with a board of volunteers from the local community.
